Strength Training Programme is our focused 30-minute strength class designed to help you build lean muscle, increase strength, and feel confident in your body. Each session uses progressive overload — meaning we gradually increase resistance over time — so you continue to get stronger, see results, and avoid plateaus.
Rather than full-body workouts every time, we target specific muscle groups each session, allowing you to fully activate, fatigue, and strengthen those areas. This approach helps sculpt your arms, legs, glutes, and upper body while supporting bone density, posture, and everyday strength.
Expect effective, no-fuss workouts with clear guidance and options to suit all levels. Whether you’re lifting for the first time or ready to level up, this programme meets you where you are and helps you progress week by week.

Fitness Pilates focuses on lengthening, strengthening, and improving mobility through controlled, low-impact exercises that leave you feeling strong, aligned, and energised.
Core Conditioning is a shorter, targeted session that works deep core stability and abdominal strength with a mix of standing and mat-based exercises. Expect simple but powerful movements with options for all fitness levels, making it easy to progress at your own pace.
